On this fun London pub tour you'll step inside centuries-old pubs and ale houses frequented by the King's and Queen's of England and many of London's historical and influential figures including Charles Dickens, Oliver Cromwell, Arthur Conan Doyle and more.
Led by a local London tour guide, you'll visit some of the oldest pubs in the city dating back over 400 years, explore hidden alleyways and delve deep into the history of London's pub culture whilst getting up close to many of London's most iconic landmarks and attractions.
One of the best things to do in London, this historic London pub tour is the perfect way to explore London, visit the most historic and best London pubs whilst trying the best local beverages (at own expense) and meeting fellow travellers and pub enthusiasts.

The tour starts at Embankment Station (Embankment Pier Exit).
At Embankment Station the 'Embankment Pier Exit' is the exit of the station closest to the river.
If travelling by London Underground then Embankment Station is located on the Circle, District, Bakerloo and Northern lines. Upon exiting through the ticket barriers take the exit to the right signed 'Embankment Pier'.
On arrival please look for your tour guide holding the yellow umbrella.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins to check-in with your guide.
All guests must be 18 years old or over. We will not be able to take anyone on the tour under 18 years old (even if they are travelling with someone over this age). All guests must bring with them a form of photo identification (e.g. Drivers licence or passport).
Please note that there are no drinks included in the price of the tour. All drinks are at own expense.
It is strongly recommended to have lunch before the tour. The tour will be in each pub for a short period but not long enough for a lunch order. The last pub will have a food menu with plenty of options if you wish to eat after the tour.
For security reasons please do not bring any suitcases (big or small) on the tour. Please arrange storage for these prior to joining the tour. Handbags and Small Backpacks are welcome and can be brought on the tour.
