Meet at the entrance of King’s College on King’s Parade and look out for your guide wearing at least one royal blue element, such as a hat, shirt, or uniform, featuring the coat of arms of Alumni Tours.

Please provide an email address and phone number that you can access regularly, as the company could have the necessity to communicate updates. The updates not received are considered responsibility of the company only when they are not communicated, not when they are communicated but not checked by the customer.

Please meet our team outside the front entrance of King’s College on King’s Parade with your digital receipt 5 minutes before your tour is due to start.

The starting point is outside King’s College on King’s Parade, CB2 1SJ, and your guide will be wearing a royal blue hat and possibly other blue items (polo shirt, jacket), with the coat of arms of the company on it.

Note:

• Walking tours are not suitable for those unable to walk for the duration of the tour.


• Wear weather appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes.


• Ensure you use the toilet before your tour as there are no toilet breaks throughout your experience.


• Strict lateness policy: If you are late for your tour you will need to buy another ticket for another time slot.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy:

Cancel 24 hours or more in advance and receive a full refund. Customers must check in on time and at the correct meeting point or risk missing the tour and having to purchase new tickets. Traffic and train delays (or cancellations) will not entitle you to reimbursement or rebooking. Give yourself enough time to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early.
