FOR COMBINED WALKING AND PUNTING TOUR BOOKINGS ONLY -
After your walking tour, proceed directly to your punt tour at Scudamore's (Mill Ln, Cambridge CB2 1RS), unless stated otherwise.
If you DID NOT book King’s College Chapel, punting starts 2 hours after the tour (e.g., a tour starting at 11 am will punt at 1 pm).
If you DID booked King’s College Chapel, punting starts 3 hours after the tour (e.g., a tour starting at 11 am will punt at 2 pm).
This is standard procedure unless specified otherwise.
Please provide an email address and phone number that you can access regularly, as the company could have the necessity to communicate updates. The updates not received are considered responsibility of the company only when they are not communicated, not when they are communicated but not checked by the customer.
Please bring your digital receipt/ticket to Scudamore's Mill Lane Punting Station, CB2 1RS, 5 minutes before your tour is due to start.

Cancellations & Refunds Policy:
Cancel 24 hours or more in advance and receive a full refund. Customers must check in on time and at the correct meeting point or risk missing the tour and having to purchase new tickets. Traffic and train delays (or cancellations) will not entitle you to reimbursement or rebooking. Give yourself enough time to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes early.
